What membership includes

STRYKE is a personally vetted CS2 community for adults in the United States. Membership provides access to scheduled member sessions, organized 10-mans, the club’s player progression and hands-on moderation. Our aim is to give serious players a setting where their communication, reliability and play can become familiar to the community. Membership does not guarantee selection for a team, scouting, a job or earnings.

Price and renewal

Membership costs $11.99 USD each month, plus any applicable tax displayed before payment. An enabled checkout creates a recurring subscription with Stripe. It renews monthly until canceled. Confirm the amount, seller and renewal details on the payment page before authorizing the charge. Applying is free; apply and receive staff approval before paying.

Access and payment verification

When automated billing is connected, Stripe payment confirmations record the exact paid service period in STRYKE Control. Failed renewals do not extend access. A full refund or payment dispute suspends the affected period; staff reviews dispute resolution. If automation is unavailable, billing support verifies the invoice before access is granted. Use your STRYKE email at checkout and contact billing support with the invoice reference if access is awaiting review. Do not send card details. Payment alone does not override an application decision, ban, Steam ownership check or queue schedule.

Cancel or request a refund

Use Manage billing on Membership to cancel future renewal online. Canceling renewal does not normally remove the remainder of an already-paid service period; moderation rules still apply. For billing problems or a refund request, use the account’s Billing help form or email lance.rego02@gmail.com. Staff reviews the payment and service delivered under applicable law. Submitting a support request is not itself cancellation; use the portal to stop renewal. If the portal is unavailable, contact billing support promptly.

Personal passes and free play

A personal pass grants its stated access period without creating a recurring charge. It expires without automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Occasional free-play sessions may be scheduled separately. Both paid and complimentary access remain subject to approval and community rules.

Availability and conduct

Sessions depend on the published queue window, enough eligible players and server capacity. STRYKE currently supports one active game at a time. There is no guarantee of a fixed number of games or uninterrupted service. Cheating, harassment, account sharing and deliberate disruption can lead to removal. Your account remains accessible for the removal notice, billing support and any offered appeal. Billing and any unused prepaid service must be reviewed when access is removed.

Optional cosmetics

Neon Green is an optional $10 USD one-time client color license when live checkout is available. It changes appearance only and gives no competitive advantage. Original Blue is included; Prestige Red is earned at Prestige 20. The license is tied to your account for the operating life of STRYKE and is not transferable. Review the final price and applicable tax before buying. Contact billing support if the purchase fails to unlock or to request a refund; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Optional opportunities

Membership pays for community services. Advertising, sponsor and partner-work programs are in development and are not open yet. Any future offer must separately state its provider, task, reward, eligibility, available budget, acceptance criteria, review process and payment terms before participation. Advertising and promotional participation will be optional. Work opportunities and income are not guaranteed or included in the subscription price. Existing approved task pay remains payable even if community access expires.

Privacy and independence

Stripe processes checkout and billing. STRYKE records membership access and payment references, not full card details. Read our privacy and community terms. STRYKE is independent and is not affiliated with Valve.
